So, today I have decided to start talking about my best friend ever.
Make-up.
I'm completely in love with Sephora and Mac. Especially eyeshadow, my eyes are my favorite feature. I just think that absolutely anyone can make their eyes and their entire face beautiful. It's just a matter of using your face as if it were a 3-D canvas. Just paint the highlights and lowlights in the right way and your face is a perfect piece of art that you can show off.
But anyway.
I might eventually post videos and how to's for make-up and what not. Just going by the things I've learned until I go to college for it. (What ever you want to call it.)
I can also do headbands and how to make jewlery and hair pieces and clothing and other things, costumes and etc.
If anyone has questions that they want to request for me to answer in a post I'll be more than happy to do so.
Oh! And I would really love to know if anyone has any cute crafty ideas. I need to find some things to do for my Art Club group (I'm President) so if there are some ideas I might post a video of my club sometime.
If you are reading this blog please post because I'm probably not going to post more unless I'm sure I get some viewers. Haha.
Anyway, I'm off to shower (just got out of ballet!)

Alaina

Weight Watchers!
Hello everyone! (if anyone is reading this ha ha.)
Today is my official first day of Weight Watchers. I'm loving the way that they have the site set up and although it's expensive I think it's definately worth every penny so far.
This site gives those of you who are in the same position as I the chance to read success stories....and it gives you new recipes and plans to follow by, and videos and full descriptions of work-outs and routines to try (there are even these little competitions to do that help keep you on track towards your goal!).
The way that everything is set up on their site is super easy for most people, especially for the ones that are like my mother who are slightly computer-illiterate.
Today was my first day back to school from Christmas break. Bleh.
There was all sorts of gossip and whatnot going on and fights and you name it.
What a great way to start back the new year.
Sometimes when I go there I feel as if it's just a waste of my time. I learn nothing, I don't really do anything there AT ALL (besides make ceramic mugs for my house) and I feel like I'm just wasting my life sitting when I could be doing so much MORE. I mean I could be working out or cleaning my house or making some sort of income with a job but instead I waste eight hours a day sitting in desks watching Forrest Gump (not that I don't like the movie or anything.)
It's okay though, at least I get to go to dance tonight. My studio is like my home to me. I spend five to six days a week there and we have a show coming up this Feb! So excited!
I'll try to post pictures of my studio soon. We just finished another year of "The Nutcracker". Our studio does the classical ballet every other year for the holiday's.
Okay, please comment if you have anything to say about Weight Watchers, highschool or if you're a dancer. I'd love to hear everything! Especially if you have a success story or any questions. You can also e-mail me at AlainaArtist@Live.com

My First Blog!!
Hello, my name is Alaina.
I am sixteen years old and I am attending high school in Pennsylvania.
I know that this blog may seem a little bit blah and boring for right now but as time goes by I'm sure I'll spice things up a bit. After all, this is my first personal blog.
So, let me just get right into things.
This blog is the beginning of one of my new year's resolutions. I've always wanted to start a blog so I can get express ideas I have, vent about things in my life where no one will judge me, and help others that are going through the same problems.
I'm SO excited to finally start this so I can write about my life as I start to lose the holiday weight, overcome my eating disorder, as I go into my senior year of high school, and help and teach others all of the things I have learned and loved over the years.
Well, I hope to keep this up and I hope I get some readers and some friends out of this.
Love,
Alaina.
